URSTORE offers a unique opportunity for it's members to bid for an  item by way of AUCTION. In order to bid and / or buy from URSTORE you would first need to register in our MEMBERS AREA that is quite simple to do. In case of any problems please write to sales@urstore.com.au .

The product(s) presently offered to sell, by the way of auction, are fully described, however if any further information is required we can be contacted via e-mail. If the product and the price suits you and you decide to bid, you can enter the highest price you are prepared to pay for the item.

Should you be successful in your bidding for the product, URSTORE will contact the buyer  to arrange shipping. The buyer shall have to pay for the shipping charges, however you can always add more than one purchase to the item, won in the auction, to save on the overall shipping charges. WE OFFER TO COMBINE ITEMS FOR SHIPPING.

AUCTION ITEMS ARE FOR FINAL SALE ONLY. They cannot be returned however they can be exchanged for another item or instore credit. The buyer would have to bear the re-postage charges.

Payment Information

Shopping at URSTORE is simple and secure. Make your purchases through the secure PAYPAL. You can mail in your order and pay by DIRECT DEPOSIT or MONEY ORDER too. Please allow 3-5 days for processing of the payment. Please do not send any cash. Orders with insufficient funds will be cancelled immediately.

International Orders

We welcome international orders , which are shipped by AUSTRALIA POST Air Mail Service . Any custom duties are the responsiblity of the purchaser. Orders are subject to verification. Shipping & Handling

All the orders are processed immediately and shipped. The items listed are readily available and are shipped promptly as soon as the payment is received. We strongly recommend Registered Post / Express Post. We don't accept any responsiblity for loss of items in the post if opted for regular post.

Merchandise Credit and Exchanges

If you find that you need to return or exchange an item , please enclose a copy of your sales receipt alongwith a brief explaination of the reason for your return. Please make sure you email us first at sales@urstore.com.au to inform us of the return and what item you would like to receive as exchange.

We offer a 7 days money back guarantee. You can also ask for a merchandise credit or an item exchange on the returned item. All returns must be made within 7 days of sales invoice date. No item that is damaged , soiled , altered , worn or without tags can be accepted for exchange. In the event of an item being returned you will receive a credit for the actual item price. Shipping / Handling charges are NON - CREDITABLE.

Lingerie, Swimwear and all intimate items are non-returnable due to Health Regulations
