Layby Terms

URSTORE offers a unique opportunity for it's members to LAYBY item(s). LAYBY orders will only be accepted for orders above AUD $100.00. The customer must have an account with URSTORE and is deemed to have agreed to the following TERMS. Buyers can write to sales@urstore.com.au to discuss about LAYBY if interested to avail this option.

Payment Terms
Only DIRECT DEPOSIT payments would be accepted for LAYBY orders. A minimum deposit of 20% is required at the time the LAYBY is placed. The buyer may choose the number of installments and intervals of installments from the options given at the time of commencement of the LAYBY. If the payment of the installment is not received in time the buyer would be contacted and the payment rescheduled. If the payment of the installment is not received in the promised time the LAYBY would be placed in suspension.

Delivery
The order would be delivered after the final payment is made and all payments have cleared.

Layby Time Frames
The maximum time frame available for a LAYBY is dependant on the price of the order and the agreement between the Seller and the Buyer. For LAYBY orders valued between AUD$100 – AUD$500.00 , the LAYBY period could be up to 12 weeks. For LAYBY orders valued over AUD$500.00 , the LAYBY period could be up to 24 weeks.

LAYBY is not available for orders below AUD$100.00 .

Cancellations
Any cancellations made may incur financial penalties at the discretion of URSTORE. If the order is in suspension for an extended period of time, without being rectified by the Buyer , the LAYBY order might be cancelled at the discretion of URSTORE AND all the previous payments collected might be forfeited without refund.
Communication

URSTORE would contact the buyer regarding the LAYBY by e-mail. It would be the responsibility of the buyers to ensure that our e-mails are not filtered out from their inbox. E-mails would be sent from sales@urstore.com.au . It would be a good idea for the Buyers to provide information about their Addresses and Phone Numbers.

Payment Schedules
Acknowledgements would be posted by e-mail on the receipt of every LAYBY installments and reminders would be sent well in advance for the payments.
